Derrick Lewis ended his losing streak in epic fashion at UFC 291.

‘The Black Beast’ knocked out Marcos Rogério de Lima in 33 seconds before immediately taking off his pants and celebrating wildly with fans inside Salt Lake City’s Delta Center.

Lewis appeared to have secured the quickest knockout in UFC history when he dropped his opponent with a flying knee in the opening seconds.

The 38-year-old swarmed with a flurry of ground strikes, but de Lima was able to survive for a few moments before the referee stepped in after 33 seconds.

Lewis celebrated extending his UFC knockout record to 14 by immediately taking off his shorts and jumping on the cage as those in the broadcast booth burst into hysterics.

Joe Rogan was particularly amused by the wacky celebration and struggled to compose himself for what ended up being another iconic interview with Lewis.

The UFC legend initially focused on the fight as he tried to decipher if Lewis’ flying knee was pre-planned like the one Jorge Masvidal famously KO'd Ben Askren with.

“Hell no, I just said I’m going to throw some bulls*** and see if it lands,” he replied when asked about the shot that dropped de Lima early.

“It’s a long time coming. I’ve been wanting to hit motherf***** for two years now. I finally hit somebody. I’m happier than a motherf*****.”

Rogan went on to ask Lewis why he took his shorts off, and bizarrely it's not the first time the popular podcaster has asked him that question.

Lewis had a similar reply at UFC 291, but much of it was bleeped out.

After ending his three-fight skid, Lewis is hoping to re-sign with the UFC who currently don't have one of their biggest stars tied to a contract.

"I’m a free agent now," Lewis added.

"Hopefully, I can get another contract with the UFC.”
