After her graduation in 1988, she was hired as a reporter and consequently a news anchor for KNAZ-TV in Flagstaff, Arizona. KNAZ-TV is an NBC-affiliated television station. After about a year, she became a news anchor for KSBW. KSBW is NBC/ABC affiliated television station.
