This week, Lauren London took to Instagram where she made a massive announcement about Nipsey Hussle’s legacy, but things did not go as planned, luckily there are tons of fans to defend her.

Ahead of what would have bee Nipsey Hussle’s 34th birthday on August 15, Lauren announced what his millions of backers were hoping fort — there will be a monument near his famous Marathon Store in Los Angeles.

London revealed the Hussle Tower would be erected in the area where the late rapper built an empire and also lost his life while trying to help a man.

The model and actress explained the plan: “As a notice to the public, we’re putting up a gate on Thursday, August 1st, 2019 to enclose the plaza at 3420 W. Slauson Ave to start the early development stages of the forthcoming Nipsey Hussle Tower to commemorate and honor the life and legacy of Nipsey. The Marathon Store will remain closed, but you can shop online at TheMarathonClothing.com.”

One person, who seems in a rush to get the items they ordered, had this to say in Lauren’s comment section: “I work hard for my money, and I want my product. If they couldn’t handle the increased amount of orders that were coming in, they should have shut down the website.”

Fans were quick to defend Lauren, who is mourning the love and of her life and the father of her son, Kross Asghedom.

A supporter wrote: “All of you on her badgering her about 30 dollar shirts and her soulmate and child’s father passed away all of 4 months ago. LEAVE HER ALONE. All of you didn’t go to TMC clothing store when he was alive. Hell, yall ain’t even from Crenshaw. Relax. They weren’t prepared for the influx of orders. It millions of orders a day and they’re still hurting. Stop being selfish. All of you will get the t-shirt when all of you get it. Super smart. Love you, Boog. ❤️”

Another follower said: “Y’all know this store is packed with orders! I’m sure they are getting them out as fast as they can. All of you rude AF. 😩”

This person explained: “Don’t understand how e-commerce works. You don’t need to go to the store, so why are you bashing people for not going to the store when he was alive? I graduated from Crenshaw high in 1980, and I no longer live there but grew up there, does the fact that I live in another state means I’m not worthy of buying the clothing online because I haven’t been to the store?”

A fourth comment in favor of Lauren read: “I’m so disgusted. You act like they knew millions of bandwagon fans were going to buy his clothing… all of you didn’t even buy his music. And half of all of you only wanted the shirt cause of how his fans loved him. It’s not fashion nova they don’t have cheap labor packaging stuff. It is no fr warehouse with it prepacked with labels. They are trying. I ordered things in April, and I got it in June. I waited. It’s coming. But shaming Lauren for something she had no control or said so in is wrong.”
